As the sun set, over 200 guests, including the likes of Sadie Sink, Rebecca Dayan, Chloe Wise, and more (many wearing current or next season Chanel), whispered about the luck Chanel had brought as the rain that had persisted throughout the day seemed to stop just in time. The alfresco affair allowed the East Hampton stop of Chanel’s Summer Tour to be just as magical as the others.
Sink, who was dressed in a matching leather jacket and skirt from the fall 2023 pre-collection, shared her eclectic summer playlist, including names like Cocteau Twins, Melody’s Echo Chamber, Mount Joy, and Beach House. “I’ve never really been to an actual music festival, so that’s why these live performances are always fun to attend. Chanel certainly knows how to throw an event!” She exclaimed as she headed in to dance to Say She She.
The event was a testament to the power of how music brings people together. Havanna Rose Liu, relishing the beach trip amid her upcoming summer plans, eagerly exclaimed, “I love Yaeji! I listen to her a lot. I am very happy she is playing here tonight. I feel like this is a blissful oasis to listen to music—and I am definitely going to dance!”
