IND vs WI 2nd ODI, Barbados weather forecast: Rain likely to play spoilsport at Kensington Oval in Bridgetown

The visitors would aim to win the second ODI to take an unassailable 2-0 lead and then try out a few more combinations in the dead rubber third ODI which will be played in Trinidad on Tuesday, August 1. A win in the second ODI could give India an opportunity to freely try the likes of Sanju Samson and Ruturaj Gaikwad in the third game.

In the first match, India lost five wickets while chasing 115 against West Indies on a spinning surface. Rohit Sharma demoted himself at number seven to give Ishan Kishan and Shubman Gill the opportunity to bat. Virat Kohli did not come out to bat as the likes of Shardul Thakur, Hardik Pandya and Ravindra Jadeja played ahead of him.

High chances of rain during the course of the second ODI between India and West Indies. Accuweather has predicted rain showers from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Another round of showers have been predicted from 4;00 PM to 6 PM. Partial sunshine will be there at Kensington Oval throughout the day. Notably, the match will kick off at 9:30 AM (Local Time).

The overall precipitation level will be close to 45 percent. The humidity level will hover around 90 percent. The wind speed will be somewhere close to 34 km/h.

The DLS method could very well come into play in the India versus West Indies second ODI.
