We’ve seen just about every hair color in the rainbow on celebrities these days, but what about under the sea? Lizzo blessed her fans with a carousel of Instagram photos on Sunday, April 24th, showcasing her latest business venture, Yitty, with crimped, violet ombré hair done by Shelby Swain, and a two-piece, rhinestone-encrusted bathing suit. In other words, she served some serious Little Mermaid vibes but will an itty-bitty twist.
For me, it’s all about the details in Lizzo’s thirst-trap photographed by Bonnie Nichoalds, captioned “I feel like I’m posting a lot but idc I’m fine as asl @yitty.” With swirly violet baby hairs draped across the singer’s forehead and a black rhinestoned barrette, Lizzo has my full attention with her violet hair — crimped down to her waist, might I add. She didn’t just stop at the hair, she gave us a full glam moment with two-toned graphic liner, a sharp cat-eye wing, and some dewy base makeup — which I’ll be attempting to recreate all week long. I think I can speak for us all when I say: keep the beauty lewks coming, Lizzo!
