I had some time before a dinner this week and decided to treat myself to a quick game of dress up in the J.Crew dressing rooms, not because I had the intention of buying anything, but rather, just for the fun of it. Little did I know when I pulled open the doors of the brand’s Fifth Avenue store that I was about to stumble upon the motherload otherwise known as dozens of new dresses, all of which are perfect for spring.
Though my reservation time didn’t allow me to try on every last one of the freshly dropped dresses, I did get a chance to test-drive a few of them. From that, I can say with 100% clarity that you’re missing out if you don’t follow my lead and check out the selection, specifically the slip dresses, linen frocks, and sequin numbers, all of which could be worn for casual errands, brunches, or chic dinners out. Hell, most of the dresses below could be worn to any of the dozens of weddings it seems we’re all invited to this spring and summer. There’s no need for you to blindly trust me though.
