Reformation is having a major moment thanks to Jennifer Lopez. Unless you’ve been living under a rock for the past few weeks, you’ll know that Bennifer (otherwise known as Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck) are married. And following any secret wedding ceremony among the bright lights of Las Vegas should follow a cute, romantic honeymoon/birthday trip/family getaway in Paris. Of course, that’s exactly what the pair are doing right now. Celebrating their love in the City of Love. Their lives are essentially a real-life rom com, and we’re here for it.
Unsurprisingly, we’ve been watching the whole thing unfold with eagle eyes – taking note of J-Lo’s wedding manicure shade and recreating her wedding hairstyle. And, obviously, keeping tabs on her outfit choices like our lives depend on it.
A forever-fan of the likes of Versace (*cough* THAT Grammys 2000 dress *cough*) and Ralph Lauren (cast your minds back to the 2021 Met Gala), what we were’t expecting to see was the 53-year-old (!) step out in not one but two affordable summer dresses from our favourite sustainable, LA-based brand, Reformation. This is not a drill.
The first? Over a long lunch and trip to a museum, Lopez wore a ditsy floral linen dress, paired with the Gucci Diana Mini Tote Bag and Saint Laurent shoes. Pretty dresses and luxury accessories are the theme of Lopez’ week. Named the Tagliatelle Linen Dress, it’s one of the brand’s signature styles and is cut with a corset-style bodice, a scalloped lace neckline and smocked back for a bit of stretch. Ever-flattering, it has a relaxed-fit midi skirt and is available in black, white, blush gingham and two delicate floral prints. The epitome of “throw-on-and-go” holiday dressing.
