Jen Shah May Have Pled Guilty To Wire Fraud Charges, But What Does That Mean For Real Housewives?

0

For more than a year now, Jen Shah has been proclaiming her innocence regarding the conspiracy to commit wire fraud and money laundering charges against her. But in a shocking turn of events, the Real Housewives of Salt Lake City star reversed her plea to a guilty one in court recently. She’s heading straight to sentencing in November as a result, and it’s all but certain that she’ll face some amount of prison time. (Estimates guess somewhere between 14 to 30 years.) Yet, the question remains: what does all this mean for her tenure on the Bravo show?

Technically, the Real Housewives of Salt Lake City has already been filming Season 3 for several months. Jen Shah is among the cast’s returning alums, so we know at least some of her legal woes of late will be documented as they were in Season 2. According to a source for People, the fraud case is actually a “very big part” of Shah’s future storylines. However, will she also be a part of a potential fourth season too? The source claimed:

Producers don’t want us to stop following it now. They’ll keep filming with her as long as they can, just like they did with Teresa [Giudice].
