Jerry Lorenzo Says Fear of God x Adidas Reveal Coming, Shuts Down Leaks

After Jerry Lorenzo confirmed a new direction for the Fear of God x Adidas partnership last fall, fans have been eager to see what’s next from the designer’s sneaker collaborations. With new leaks making the rounds today, Lorenzo has shared more details exclusively with Complex.

“This is not the basketball sneaker from Fear of God and Adidas,” Lorenzo said of today’s leak, adding that the Fear of God x Adidas performance sneakers and ready-to-wear collections will be officially unveiled on April 19 during the Hollywood Bowl showing of Fear of God’s 8th Collection. 

The sneaker in question surfaced today on Instagram from @youngviet23 and was re-shared by @ovrnundr.io. The images show a mid-cut design in black and cream with a forefoot strap, Three Stripes branding on the toe, and Fear of God branding at the heel beneath the Adidas Trefoil logo. The leaked shoe is cushioned with Adidas’ Lightstrike foam. 

While the shoe pictured here isn’t set to be part of the collection, readers can expect to see the highly anticipated Fear of God x Adidas link up next month.
