“I was really drawn to the geometric prints and the colour scheme,” the I Wanna Love You Forever hitmaker says, with a slight slur, in a clip posted to her Instagram. “This really, to me, is Birdie’s personality.”

Cracking a strange smile, Simpson concludes the short video saying, “Thank you everyone for checking out the adorable room of Birdie Mae Johnson.”

The comments section of Simpson’s post was filled with messages from fans worried about her health. “WTF happened to her face. She can barely speak. Shame,” one follower wrote.

Why does she talk like that now,” another wondered. “It’s just strange, it’s in every video of her talking. Like she is trying really hard to get the words right.”

Something is wrong here,” a third concerned fan penned, with a fourth echoing that sentiment. “Please tell me I’m not the only one that hears her voice being totally slow…is she OK?!?!

One person speculated that Simpson may have undergone too many cosmetic enhancements. “I’m wondering if it’s her facial treatments and Botox that doesn’t allow her lips to move?”

But some followers urged critics to stop judging the songstress.

Super cute room! And for the haters, she has always been a small woman … so cut her some slack. Let her live!” one supporter wrote.

Adorable room. Ignore the haters,” a second added.

“I think she looks great. Everyone on this thread is acting like people aren’t suppose to look older once they start to get older … she’s lost a lot of weight, and some of that came from her face. Give the woman a break. She’s beautiful!” a third defended.

Earlier this year, Simpson flaunted her 100-pound weight loss in series of Instagram photos.

“I have gained and lost 100lbs 3X so I never thought this moment could or would happen, but I’m finally spring breakin’ wearin’ a BIKINI!!!!” Simpson — who has built a billion-dollar fashion empire — wrote in April.

The mother-of-three said she tipped the scales at 240 pounds after giving birth to her third child.

But celebrity trainer Harley Pasternak was able to help her trim down in six months.

“The difference between this and the other times was that she worked out, yes, but her transformation was more about what she did on her own time,” Pasternak said.

“So proud to feel like myself again. Even when it felt impossible, I chose to work harder,” Simpson said.
