The Miami Heat are three wins away from an NBA championship and that has everyone surrounding the team super excited.
They took Game 2 from the Denver Nuggets on Sunday night and will look to try and take a 2-1 lead in the series when it shifts back to Miami on Wednesday night.
Jimmy Butler has been a big reason for the Heat’s success, but he’s taking the spotlight off himself heading into these next few games. Instead, he’s put it on Bam Adebayo.
“Bam has been playing incredibly well these entire playoffs. He’s done that with the toughest matchups by far on the defensive side of the ball and he plays with so much energy. He never takes a possession off, so you really gotta respect him for that. On the offensive end, he’s doing everything for us and we will need him to do that. He’s going to be the reason we win the championship,” Butler said.

Adebayo has been dynamite through the first two games of this series. He’s scored 47 combined points and has been a force at both ends of the floor.
He’ll look to continue that dominance when Game 3 kicks off at 8:30 p.m. ET on Wednesday night.
