With Game 1 of the NBA Finals set for this Thursday night, Heat star Jimmy Butler kicked off his morning by opening up a hilarious voice memo from an Instagram user.
The anonymous Instagram user pretty much begged Butler to defeat the Celtics in Game 7 of the Eastern Conference finals.
“I don’t usually do this. I don’t go in celebrities’ DMs and beg,” the message said. “But dammit, Jimmy, finish this s–t, please. I mentally can’t handle a 3-0 comeback man. Please!”
Butler recorded himself sipping a cup of coffee while listening to this voice memo.

Fortunately for Heat fans around the world, Butler delivered in Game 7. He had 28 points, seven rebounds and six assists.
Next up for Butler and the Heat is a showdown with the Nuggets. That’ll certainly be their toughest test of the postseason.
Game 1 of the NBA Finals will tip off at 8:30 p.m. ET on ABC.
