J.J. Redick put Stephen A. Smith in his place after a ridiculous take on First Take this morning.
When discussing the greatest centers in NBA history, Smith claimed that Nikola Jokic isn’t known for having a “dominant post-up game.”
Redick immediately shut that narrative down with some hard data.
“We’ve got 10 years of tracking data. You know what the No. 1 most efficient half-court play is? … A Nikola Jokic post up. Boom,” he said.
Stephen A. Smith: "Jokic isn't known for having some kind of dominant post game now. That's not his game."

In last night’s Game 3 win over the Miami Heat, Jokic became the first player in NBA Finals history to notch a 30-point, 20-rebound triple-double. He dropped his 32 points on 12-21 shooting from the field with only two three-point attempts.
Jokic may not tear down the rim like some other great big men in NBA history, but there’s no question he knows how to get things done around the basket. His touch near the rim is some of the best in the game.
The Nuggets now lead the series 2-1 heading into Game 4 on Friday night.
