Jordan Poole was punched by now-former teammate Draymond Green prior to the start of the 2022-23 NBA season.
The Golden State Warriors recently moved on from Poole, sending him to Washington, in exchange for longtime NBA All-Star point guard Chris Paul.
NBA fans would obviously like to know more about what really happened between Poole and Green.
What truly led to the punch? What was their relationship like following the incident?
But Poole isn’t giving any information out.
The Washington Wizards guard had a four-word response to a question about Draymond Green this weekend.
“We’re in Washington now,” he said.

The Wizards are rebuilding and they hope that Poole can be a leader of a young, developing team.
Poole is probably thankful for the opportunity to have a bigger role away from the Warriors (and, more specifically, Green).
