Jake Paul and Tyron Woodley show respect after rematch

Jorge Masvidal was involved in an altercation with a 17-year-old whilst ringside at the Jake Paul vs Tyron Woodley fight last weekend.

Paul knocked out ex-UFC champion Woodley at the event in Tampa, Florida, with UFC stars such as Masvidal and Nate Diaz in attendance for the fight.

Before the main event took place, Masvidal was reportedly shoved from behind by a TikTok user named Corbin Millet.

And Masvidal’s co-manager Ibrahim Kawa claimed the TikTok star pleaded for Masvidal not to retaliate after pushing him.

“Kid decides to push masvidal while masvidal was facing the ring,” Masvidal’s manager wrote.

“Quickly realizes that’s a big no no when masvidal turns around and starts screaming “I’m 17, please I’m 17” with his hands up. Kids I tell you smh.”

Millet would later release a statement claiming that Kawa’s story was fabricated and he never pushed the UFC star.

“So everyone’s saying that I pushed Masvidal which is complete bull****. All I said was that Jake would knock him out like Woodley the TikTok user said.

“Obviously he didn’t like that, so his managers took my phone and deleted the whole video. Now they’re lying about trying to make me look like the bad guy.

And Millet was so adamant in his claim that he offered up $5,000 to anyone who could produce a video of him pushing Masvidal.

“So now I’ve got five grand for anybody that can show me the video that I pushed him,” he continued.

Paul has offered Masvidal $5 million and a percentage of pay-per-view sales for a fight, but the UFC star was quick to turn down his offer.

Kawa, also replied to Paul’s offer by stating an offer of $5million wouldn’t even “start” conversations of a potential fight.

“The ufc isn’t gonna let me go for chump change. Make that 20 guaranteed plus Ppv and I’m sure the ufc will be ok with it as long as I break them off their fee and then I’ll gladly break your face,” Masvidal wrote.

“If the ufc still says no because the money is still too low then come over to the ufc, sign a 1 fight deal and we can stipulate I can only box in the cage.

“If i do anything other than that I will forfeit my purse to you. Come on over and get paid and laid out.”

Despite him labelling it “chump change”, figures of Masvidal’s recent UFC fight purses have proved that a $5 million offer to fight Paul would be his biggest payday to date.
