With Fury now having turned his attentions back to Derek Chisora, speculation is mounting over who Joshua will fight in a bid to get his career back on track. And many pundits believe a battle with Wilder could be the next big fight in the division, after ‘The Bronze Bomber’ returned in spectacular style on Saturday.

The American knocked out Robert Helenius in the first round of his comeback in Brooklyn, and has since signalled his intentions to again fight for a world title. Wilder himself has said a clash with Joshue would be “the biggest in the world.”

However, talks have begun for an eliminator bout between Wilder and Andy Ruiz Jr, with the winner in line to face Fury for the WBC crown. And now Joshua’s coach Robert Garcia has also doused the prospect of the two giants slugging it out in the foreseeable future.
