Ever since Justin Bieber and Hailey Baldwin first started dating, fans have been obsessed with their romantic relationship! The couple first started dating in June 2018, got engaged in July of the same year and married two months later. Now, they keep fans in the loop when it comes to their love via social media and in interviews.
Justin even spilled some major tea on his relationship with Hailey when his latest documentary, Justin Bieber: Next Chapter, hit YouTube in October 2020. “There’s a lot more confidence in my relationships,” he said in the trailer, which cut to a clip of him and Hailey. But that’s not all! Sources also told In Touch at the time that as the couple spends time together amid the coronavirus pandemic, they’re “more in love than ever”
“If anyone doubted Justin and Hailey’s relationship, seeing them thrive during quarantine should finally put those naysayers to rest. They have spent literally 200 days together,” the insider said. “They’ve been cooking, ordering in, and wearing sweatpants pretty much 24/7.”
When celebrating National Women’s Day in March 2021, Justin praised his wife for helping him to become more “empathetic to women” and their struggles. “I am learning everyday beside my wife as I see all of the struggles she faces that I will never have to face,” the singer wrote on Instagram. “I am committed to being better and more aware of the struggles women face that men never will!! Women you are superhero’s and deserve to be celebrated today and everyday.”
Before they said their “I dos” in September 2019, Justin actually met Hailey in 2009, when she was only 13 years old. They were introduced through the model’s dad, who was friends with Justin’s mom, and they quickly became best friends. After dating briefly in 2016 and calling it quits, the pair rekindled their relationship in 2018 … or so fans thought. While chatting with model Ashley Graham on a November 2020 episode of her “Pretty Big Deal” podcast, Hailey cleared up the timeline of her and Justin’s relationship.
“People don’t know, too, we had been talking for a while before we got back together,” she explained. “Contrary to popular belief, he had been single for a while and I had been single and we were kind of just trying to figure life out.”
