Karan Johar hosted dinner night with Arjun Kapoor, Kusha Kapila, and others has a cute Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani connection – find out

Ahead of the release of Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani, director Karan Johar found some to hang out with his friends. He organized a dinner party and invited Arjun Kapoor, Kusha Kapila, Tanmay Bhatt, Sumukhi Suresh, Niharika NM, Danish Sait and Vedant Lamba.

Karan Johar took to his Instagram stories and shared a picture from their dinner party. In the first photo the gang is all smiles and laughing as they click a selfie together. Karan wrote, “The best ever kitty party of the best content creators in the business!!! And also Fubu and me and Vedant! Adding to the glamour.”

Kusha Kapila reposted Karan Johar’s story and revealed that he taught them “What Jhumka” correctly. She wrote, “Thank you for hosting us, Karan, and teaching us how to do ‘what jhumka’ correctly. Annual Koffee ‘influencer episode’ reunion with fam.” If you don’t know yet, Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani has a song in which she says “What Jhumka?”. They teased a little glimpse of the song in the teaser but as of now it’s kept under wraps.

Coming back to KJo’s stories, in another photo everyone poses for the camera. Sharing the photo, Karan put up a witty text on it which read, “The Muhurat of a film no one asked for.”

Influencers on Koffee With Karan

For the unversed, this isn’t the first time KJo is hanging out with the best influencers. The last episode of his infamous chat show Koffee With Karan season 7 featured, Tanmay Bhatt, Kusha Kapila, Niharika NM and Danish Sait.

This was the first time in the history of Koffee With Karan that he has ever invited from outside of Bollywood. This shows the industry has expanded and social media plays a pivotal role.

Karan Johar is all set to make his directorial comeback with Alia Bhatt and Ranveer Singh starrer Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani. The trailer of the movie is out and fans cannot contain their excitement to watch it soon. It is slated to release in theatres on July 28.
