The 35-year-old is still considering a move to Saudi Arabia next year, but it seems as though he will be with Real for at least another year. That means a reunion with former team-mate Ronaldo is put on hold for now.
The Portuguese sporting icon is hopeful that other players will soon join him out in Saudi Arabia.
“If they are coming, big players and big names, young players, old players, they are very welcome because if that happens, the league will improve,” Ronaldo said. “Age is not important, but competing players, young players, depend on many factors.”
