KUWAIT CITY, May 15: Kazma Sporting Club face Salmiya Sporting Club in the final of His Highness the Amir’s Cup at Jaber International Stadium. Kazma SC have won it seven times, the last in 2011 and Salmiya SC only twice more than 20 years ago.
The tournament organizers have decided to cancel that the Fahaheel and Al-Nasr Sporting Clubs game meant to determine third and fourth place as the country announced period of official mourning for the passing of Emirati President Khalifa bin Zayed Al-Nuhayan. His Highness the Amir’s championship was first launched in the sporting season of (1961-1962). (KUNA)
