Nikola Jokic might be the best player in the NBA.
The Denver Nuggets All-Star is averaging a triple-double in the NBA Finals against the Miami Heat, with 23.0 points, 12.0 rebounds, and 10.0 assists on 69 percent shooting from the field.
Jokic, 28, has also won two of the last three MVP awards due to his dominant play. This season he finished as the runner-up to Philadelphia 76ers All-Star Joel Embiid in the race, although many people felt Jokic should’ve won it.
There’s no doubt about his star power, but on The Dan Le Batard show, the podcast host said Jokic would be a bigger star if he came from the United States.
Phoenix Suns All-Star Kevin Durant quickly commented with his thoughts before deleting the tweet.
“I don’t think Jokic wants or cares to be a star,” he said. “Go to work and go home, Facetime his horses and hop in the pool.”

The question is why did Durant delete the tweet?
