With the advent of new movies from every industry this Friday, ‘KGF: Chapter 2’, which is having a dream run at the Indian box office, will now have to confront the real competition. In Telugu, the huge film starring Chiranjeevi and Ram Charan has taken over most of the theatres that were previously showing ‘KGF 2’, and there are over 100 screens in Karnataka alone that will begin showing ‘Acharya’ today. Despite the fact that KGF2 ticket sales have decreased in Telugu states, it is still allegedly doing well in Karnataka and a few other states. The film starring Yash, Sanjay Dutt, and Raveena Tandon has grossed close to Rs 40 crore at the Nizam (Telangana), which is apparently a record for any dubbed film.
