The movie KGF Chapter 2, directed by Prashanth Neel continues its phenomenal run at the box office. The movie stars Yash and was released in theatres on April 14. On its opening day, KGF Chapter 2 made a collection of over 50 crore at the box office. The Yash starrer continued to rake a phenomenal collection in the second weekend. And the Prashanth Neel directorial crossed the 300 crore mark at the box office, in the Hindi language during the second weekend.
A Box Office India report said that KGF Chapter 2 (Hindi) has made a solid collection of 7.75-8 crore on the second Monday. The movie witnessed a drop on the second Monday by 25% but continues its run. Despite the release of Shahid Kapoor starrer Jersey and Thalapathy Vijay’s Beast, KGF 2 has collected a huge total of 323 crore nett in total.
According to the report, “KGF 2 (hindi) collected a solid 7.75-8 crore nett on its second Monday which now takes the film to a huge 323 crore nett. The drop on the second Monday is just 25% plus and it is on course for a second week total of 75 crore nett plus. The second week of KGF 2 (hindi) is very similar to the second week of RRR (hindi).”

Saturday – 18,00,00,000 apprx
Sunday – 22,00,00,000 apprx
Monday – 7,75,00,000 apprx

TOTAL – 3,22,75,00,000 apprx
As per the report, “So the film is looking at a total of 335-340 crore nett after two weeks which will mean that the 400 crore nett mark will be tough to reach due to big releases over the next few weeks be it Heropanti 2, Runway34 and Dr Strange. The last one named looking a sure shot HIT due to the advances picked up already.”
Meanwhile, KGF 2 also features actors Sanjay Dutt, Raveena Tandon, and Srinidhi Shetty apart from Yash.
Bollywood Bubble gave the movie KGF Chapter 2 a rating of 3.5 stars in its review.
