Kim Zolciak ditches ring, acts unbothered in first post since Kroy Biermann divorce news

Kim Zolciak has ditched the ring that “meant a thing.”

Two days after filing for divorce from her husband, Kroy Biermann, the “Real Housewives of Atlanta” alum debuted her ringless finger in an Instagram story.

The 44-year-old was carefree as she learned how to play the online video game “Fortnite” since “Brielle doesn’t acknowledge me for hours,” Zolciak said about her 26-year-old daughter.

Throughout the 15 second clip, Zolciak, who was fumbling around trying to put on a gaming headset, was laughing and smiling while standing.

Following her mother’s divorce filing, Brielle unfollowed her adoptive father on Instagram, possibly because the former NFL linebacker had updated his Instagram bio to add “My ring meant a thing.”

Biermann, who filed for divorce on May 5, two days before his estranged wife, changed his bio from “You can Google Me & see I wasn’t Tardy for that Party,” to the subtle jab at Zolciak, whose own bio states “Dont b Tardy 2 our party!”

Reports earlier this week suggested the couple, known for their PDA, are separating because of mounting financial woes, including over $1 million in unpaid taxes owed to the IRS.

Throughout the ongoing saga, Zolciak and Biermann, who are reportedly still living together, are also fighting for custody of the four children they had together, Kroy “KJ” Jr., 11, Kash, 10, and twins Kane and Kaia, 9.

Biermann adopted Zolciak’s older daughters from her first marriage, Brielle and Arianna, 21.
