Koffee With Karan ep 6 trailer: Sonam Kapoor thinks Ranbir Kapoor’s film is called ‘Shiva No.1’, embarrasses brothers

Sonam Kapoor and Arjun Kapoor will join Karan Johar on the upcoming episode of Koffee With Karan 7. The cousins will feature in a Raksha Bandhan special episode and while they have both appeared on the show previously, this is the first time they are appearing together on the couch. The promo for the new, sixth episode was released on social media on Tuesday. It shows a pregnant Sonam Kapoor in a black dress, join her cousin Arjun on the couch. Karan begins by him them the most annoying habit of hers. He promptly replies that it is her habit of complimenting herself. “You don’t wait for anybody else to give you a compliment, you just give yourself a compliment. Am I not looking good? Am I not looking gorgeous in this dress? I am looking beautiful”. She pins it on being Anil Kapoor’s daughter.

Next up, Karan asks how many of her friends Arjun has dated. She says ‘between my brothers, there is no one left,’ perhaps in a twist of words. Arjun and Karan are shocked. Karan asks what kind of brothers she has while Arjun tells her off for revealing too many of her brothers’ secrets. Even her brother Harsh Varrdhan Kapoor left a comment on Karan’s post. “Oh god,” he wrote with a facepalm emoji.

Finally, Karan asks Sonam who is the most happening actor in Bollywood right now. Sonam takes her friend Ranbir Kapoor’s name because he ‘has been promoting his film with Ayan (Mukerji).’ When asked which film that was, she guessed ‘Shiva No. 1’. Clearly, she isn’t being invited to Brahmastra premiere next month.

The new episode will premiere on Disney+ Hotstar on Thursday, 12 am. Other guests on the show so far have been Ranveer Singh, Alia Bhatt, Akshay Kumar, Samantha Ruth Prabhu, Janhvi Kapoor, Sara Ali Khan, Kareena Kapoor, Aamir Khan, Ananya Panday and Vijay Deverakonda.
