Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker brought fans inside their fertility journey during The Kardashians first season, which saw them trying to get pregnant through IVF (which they eventually pressed pause on in order to pursue other methods).
According to our Kardashians vs. IRL timeline, filming on season 1 wrapped up around December 2021/January 2022, and naturally a lot of fans are hoping for an update—even though, to be clear, this is literally no one’s business but Kourtney and Travis’s!
That said, a source tells Entertainment Tonight that the couple are currently prioritizing Travis’ health following his life threatening pancreatitis.
“Kourtney and Travis are doing so much better since Travis’ health scare,” the source says. “Travis is in much better health now, and they are slowly moving past that. Having a baby together is still an ongoing conversation, but Travis’ health is top priority right now.”

The source also notes that Kravis are “living life to the fullest,” and that married life is “amazing.” Meanwhile, Scott Disick is still getting used to their non-stop PDA, but the source says he “supports and respects their relationship, while doing his best to be the best dad he can be to his children. Scott and Kourtney’s relationship is stable and equally supportive. There’s not a lot of tension or awkwardness and they are over any uneasiness at this point.”
