The Poosh founder recently opened up about the couple’s separate living situation, and it turns out that it all has to do with their kids.
During an appearance on the Not Skinny But Not Fat podcast, Kourtney explained that they are still working on blending their families.
“I think we’re in the place where we’re figuring out how to blend our households and our kids,” Kourtney shared.
She continued, “We’re getting those things in place. We do family dinner every Sunday night with all the kids at his house.”
Before all their kids move into the same home, Kourtney says she wants to make sure they’re all completely comfortable.
“We want our kids to also feel really comfortable, and they have both lived in their homes their wholes lives, for the most part, and they each have their rooms,” she said.
As for now, the couple live just a “block away” from one another, and there are still nights when they’ll “stay at each other’s houses in between.”
“I get up at 6 in the morning, and I carpool every morning. And then I go straight to his house and have matcha — he has it ready for me,” she said. “And then we have matcha and talk and hang out and work out together, and then we start our day.”
And at the end of the day, Kourtney says Travis stops by her house every night “no matter what.”
The couple say they’re still on the hunt for their dream home, so fingers crossed they find it soon!
