The Poosh founder, 44, broke the delightful news to the Blink 182 drummer, 47, while he was performing by holding up a sign reading: ‘Travis, I’m pregnant!’.
When he spotted her in the crowd he left his drum kit and went to kiss his wife in the beautiful moment.
This sweet gesture reflects his band Blink-182’s 1999 music video for All the Small Things.
The TV personality showcased her growing baby bump on Instagram as she and husband Travis posed for the intimate snaps.
In the first image shared, Kourtney is straddling her rocker husband as he pretended to play the drums on her belly.
She penned: ‘Overwhelmed with gratitude and joy for God’s blessing and plan.’
Prior to the pregnancy, Kourtney had been candid about her attempts to conceive with the musician on social media and on the reality TV show The Kardashians.
She revealed she had taken a break from IVF over a year ago after the treatments had ‘put her into menopause’ and given her ‘depression’.
‘Travis and I want to have a baby, and so my doctor took us down this road of doing IVF,’ she told the camera in a VT.
Kourtney and Travis went public with their relationship at the beginning of 2020 and have been PDA-tastic on social media ever since.
The couple have been together since 2020, but married in a secret wedding ceremony in Las Vegas last year, before making it official in a ceremony in Italy two months later.
Kourtney and Travis said ‘I do’ (again) on Sunday, May 22 in a beautiful ceremony held in Portofino, Italy.
The happy couple had previously tied the knot legally in a private Santa Barbara ceremony but were joined in Italy by their children, families (including most of the Kardashian-Jenner clan) and showbiz pals.
Loved-up couple Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly attended the big day, as did Travis’ bandmate Mark Hoppus.
