Kourtney Kardashian’s nine-year-old daughter Penelope has returned to TikTok after she was allegedly banned from the app.
The youngster danced in a video with her cousin North West after her account had been reported for reportedly violating multiple community guidelines.
In the clip, the girls lip synced and danced to the song Meet Me At Our Spot by THE ANXIETY, Tyler Cole and Willow.
The 15-second clip on her mum’s account was liked by more than three million and had thousands of comments.
This isn’t the first time she’s appeared on her mum’s account, with the last time being in September when she danced with her mum.

Under the user name @blah445087, which was followed by her mum, Kris Jenner and Kylie, it is believed that Penelope shows glimpses of her life.
The bio read “Kourtney-Penelope” and stated it was “managed by an adult”.
The reveal of the nine-year-old’s TikTok account was first magnified by podcast host Amanda Hirsch, who is also known as @notskinnybutnotfat.
She had re-posted some of Penelope’s sweet videos with her 400k followers, which appeared to be behind the disabling of the child’s account.
Amanda shared a TikTok of Penelope holding a bag of premium matcha green tea with the caption: “Ded @PINOP drinking Matcha. Making an @ home iced matcha! If PINOP can why can’t I????”
“Wait is this really Pinop’s tiktok!? How sweet!!!!!” Amanda wrote in one of the videos.
After she shared the content, Penelope’s account was disabled.
Before Penelope’s account was disabled, it featured sweet content like post-it notes from her dad Scott Disick that read “I love you” and her making matcha tea at her mum’s home.
One of Scott’s notes read: “Mom and Dad love you!”, while another said: “To the best little girl in the world! Love Dad”.
Amanda apologised for publicising the videos, but one of her fans pointed out that TikTok is for ages 13 and up.

According to TikTok’s guardian guidelines the application has ‘TikTok for Younger Users’, which can reportedly accommodate users user 13.
“If we learn that a person under the age of 13 is using or posting content on TikTok without using TikTok for Younger Users, they will be removed,” the platform states.
Penelope’s brother Mason, 11, had his social media accounts disabled just over a year ago.
At just 10 years old he had an Instagram where he spilled Kardashian secrets in response to fan’s questions.
“No, Kylie and Travis are not back together,” Mason had said in response to a fan question in March 2020.
