The movie casts Vijay Deverakonda and Samantha in the lead roles along with Jayaram, Sachin Khedakar, Murali Sharma, Lakshmi, Ali, Rohini, Vennela Kishore, Rahul Ramakrishna, Srikanth Iyengar, many others are seen in supporting roles.

Before Kushi, Samantha Ruth Prabhu will be seen in ‘Shaakuntalam’ alongside Dev Mohan, which is a mythological romantic drama released on 14th April 2023. The actress is at peak of her career, her next project is ‘Chennai Story’

The music was composed by Hesham Abdul Wahab while the cinematography is done by G Murali and is edited by Prawin Pudi. The film is produced by Naveen Yerneni and Ravishankar Yalamanchili under the Mythri Movie Makers banner.
