(KRON) — The California Highway Patrol reported a crash on westbound Highway 84 at Dumbarton Bridge around 6:13 a.m. in Fremont. The center and left lanes were blocked briefly, according to CHP. They have since reopened as of 7 a.m., according to CHP.
Drivers should expect residual delays in the area.
