By all accounts, Bronny James has recovered from the cardiac arrest that got him taken to the hospital. His recovery has gone so well that he’s already back in the public eye.
On Saturday, TMZ released images of Bronny, his father LeBron and the rest of the family at Giorgio Baldi restaurant in Santa Monica, California.
Bronny was hospitalized after falling unconscious, though regained alertness while being transported by paramedics. The 18-year-old USC commit was out of the hospital the following day with LeBron publicly thanking everyone for their support.
“I want to thank the countless people sending my family love and prayers,” LeBron tweeted. “We feel you and I’m so grateful. Everyone doing great. We have our family together, safe and healthy, and we feel your love.”
The cardiac arrest incident has naturally led some to wonder what the future holds for Bronny’s basketball career.
Shareef O’Neal, son of NBA legend Shaquille O’Neal, went through a similar incident several years ago but managed to overcome it and is now playing professionally. We all hope that Bronny is able to enjoy a similar option in the years to come.
