Fans and media members hoping to get a look at LeBron James at Saturday’s All-Star Game practice will have to wait until the next day.
Per NBA Communications:
LeBron James will not be available for today’s NBA All-Star Practice and Media Day due to personal reasons. James will be made available to the media on Sunday at 3 p.m. MT in the Vivint Arena press conference room.
Fans reacted to James’ absence on social media.
“No LeBron at All-Star practice today,” reported Tomer Azarly.
“He’s on a retreat with Savannah and probably wanted another day. League said fine. That’s what happens when you are the all time leader in scoring playing your 19th all star game. He’s earned it,” a user speculated.
“Hope everything is okay,” another prayed.
“He doesn’t want to deal with Russell Westbrook questions,” another fan commented.
Here’s to hoping everything’s alright.
