The future Hall of Famer fumbled his signature reverse windmill dunk Thursday night in Game 2 of the NBA’s Western Conference final, much to the delight of Denver Nuggets fans at Ball Arena.

Los Angeles Lakers teammate Rui Hachimura, with a heads-up pass to spring a fast-break opportunity, fed the 19-time all-star forward for what should have been two of his 12 points in the first half. Instead, the ball slipped out of an airborne James’ hands and into the front row — not long after he missed a layup, too.
