SBS’s “Taxi Driver 2” has dropped new stills of Lee Je Hoon!

Based on the popular webtoon of the same name, “Taxi Driver” is a drama about a mysterious taxi service that delivers vengeance on behalf of victims who are unable to get justice through the law. After a successful run in 2021, the hit drama is returning for a second season later this month. Lee Je Hoon will be reprising his role as Kim Do Gi, a former special forces officer who works as a driver for the service.

In the newly released stills, Kim Do Gi showcases his powerful action skills in his black leather jacket as he deals with multiple villains alone.

The production team remarked, “As the criminal entertainment aspect has been strengthened compared to Season 1, we have made every effort to add to the speed and thrill in the action sequence. We renovated the taxi to upgrade the car action scenes, and martial arts director Yoon Dae Won of the films ‘Hostage‘ and ‘Escape from Mogadishu‘ joined [the team] to design the action sequence. Viewers will be able to enjoy the action scenes more as Kim Do Gi punishes [the villains] in a more impressive way. Please look forward to it.”

“Taxi Driver 2” will premiere on February 17 at 10 p.m. KST. Stay tuned!
