Lenovo Legion Go Starts From RM3,099 In Malaysia

The Lenovo Legion Go was unveiled about a month ago, as part of the brand’s IFA lineup. At the time, local pricing and availability details were not available. But now, the company has listed the handheld gaming PC on its Malaysian website, with two price tags to go with it.

As you’d probably expect, the reason the Lenovo Legion Go has two asking prices is because one comes with an AMD Ryzen Z1 processor, while another has the Ryzen Z1 Extreme instead. Also, while the handheld gaming PC was initially announced with three different storage options, it looks like only the 512GB models are making their way to our shores.

The rest of the items on the spec sheet is familiar, with the 8.8-inch QHD+ 16:10 display, 144hz refresh rate, and 16GB of RAM. The battery is still rated at 49.2 Wh, but there’s still no actual endurance figures for the Lenovo Legion Go.

With all that in mind, the Lenovo Legion Go with the AMD Ryzen Z1 processor is priced at RM3,099, while the model with the Ryzen Z1 Extreme processor costs RM3,399 instead. The handheld PC’s official web page also lists a delivery window of between six to eight weeks, which means that you’re more likely to get it in December.

With these prices, the Lenovo Legion Go makes for quite the competitor to the ASUS ROG Ally. Sure, it has a higher asking price, more so for the non-Extreme model, but you may see value in the detachable controllers. This is especially with the right piece, which looks to do a lot more than just be the right half of a pair.
