Liger has performed poorly at the movie office despite extensive promotion by the lead stars Vijay Deverakonda and Ananya Panday. The movie was intended to be a pan-Indian production, but the Hindi markets have seen a full audience backlash.
Liger’s opening week was disappointing, according to trade insiders, since the Hindi version of the film has so far made ₹18 crores. In south Indian states, the numbers of Vijay Deverakonda’s film have also fallen precipitously. Liger box office collection day 10 report is out now.

The movie’s weekend trend made it rather obvious that the content did not work. Even while the movie has performed better than expected in CP Berar, Bihar, and Odisha, these regions should have seen significantly larger box office receipts overall.
Gujarat and Saurashtra were a major letdown because this market can support South-style movies better. The Hindi translation is finally expected to perform better than Nizam / Andhra, which Liger likewise completely rejected in its home market. This week is an open week, but given how the movie was received, that is unlikely to be helpful.
