1. Gaslight

‘Gaslight’ is an Indian Hindi- language mystery thriller film, directed by Pavan Kirpalani and produced by Ramesh Taurani and Akshai Puri. The makers of the film suggested that ‘Gaslight’ will change the narrative of thrillers in Bollywood.

The director of the film made a statement that the film will urge the audience to dig deep and hop onto a journey that brings a new twist and turns as the story gradually unfolds.

2. Chor Nikal Ke Bhaga

‘Chor Nikal Ke Bhaga’ under the list of upcoming movies on OTT, is an Indian Hindi heist movie, directed by Ajay Singh and produced by Amar Kaushik and Dinesh Vijay. It’s a story of a flight attendant and her boyfriend planning to steal a cache of diamonds to clear an old debt.

But 40,000 feet above the ground, their heist goes horribly wrong and turns into a hostage situation.

3. Bhediya

‘Bhediya’ is a horror-comedy movie which is the third instalment in Vijan’s horror comedy universe after ‘Stree’ and ‘Roohi’, directed by Amar Kaushik and produced by Dinesh Vijan.

Bhediya is the story of Bhaskar as in Varun Dhawan, who finds himself changing after being bitten by a wolf in the forests of Arunachal. While Bhaskar begins to transform into a shape-shifting werewolf, he and his friends look for answers amid many twists, turns and laughs. Bhediya got a theatrical release on 24th November 2022 and a positive response from the audiences.

4. Khufiya

‘Khufiya’ is an upcoming Hindi-language neo-noir spy thriller film written, produced and directed by Vishal Bhardwaj. The film is based on Amar Bhushan’s espionage novel Escape to Nowhere.

The story is about Krishna Mehra played by Tabu, who is operative at an Indian spy agency known as R&AW. She is assigned to track down the mole selling India’s defence secrets, while all grappling with her dual identity as a spy and a lover.

The film got a theatrical release on 30th September 2022 and received positive reviews from audiences and critics.

‘Kathal’ comes under the list of upcoming movies on OTT, which is an upcoming Indian Hindi-language social comedy-drama film written by Ashok Mishra and directed by Yashowardhan Mishra for Netflix. The film is produced by Shobha Kapoor, Ekta Kapoor, Guneet Monga and Achin Jain under the banners Balaji Motion Pictures and Sikhya Entertainment.

It’s a story about a local politician whose prized jackfruits go missing and a young police officer who is adamant about solving this bizarre case to prove herself.

9. Shehzada

‘Shehzada’ got released in theatres on 10 February 2023, its an Indian Hindi-language action genre film directed by Rohit Dhawan and co-produced by T-series Films, Haarika & Hassine Creations, Brat Films and Geetha Arts. The movie is a Hindi remake of a 2020 Telugu movie Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo.

Bantu played by Kartik Aryan is hated and neglected by his father Valmiki ever since he was a toddler. After growing up suffering neglect and criticism from his father, Bantu’s world is turned upside down when he learns that he was switched at birth to a millionaire’s son.

Samara, his boss, is the first person to show him love and affection until he discovers that the wealthy Jindals are his biological parents and not Valmiki. Bantu then decides to seek the Jindal family’s love and protect them from the threats they are facing without revealing his true identity.

10. Pathaan

‘Pathaan is a 2023 blockbuster film Hindi language action thriller drama film directed by Siddharth Anand and written by Shridhar Raghavan and Abbas Tyrewala, its the fourth instalment in the YRF Spy Universe, produced by Aditya Chopra of Yash Raj Films. The film was theatrically released on 25th January 2023 coinciding with Republic Day weekend and received positive reviews from critics who praised its action sequences, cast performance and music.
