The 29-year-old is out of contract at the end of the season and he’s yet to hold talks with the Reds over an extension.
The former Arsenal midfielder has been limited to just 12 appearances so far this term, despite Liverpool’s struggles in the centre of the park.
Oxlaade-Chamberlain was a target for Brighton in January following Leandro Trossard’s move to Arsenal.
However, the Seagulls were unwilling to put up a fee for the midfielder as they are aware that he’s available for free in July.
But that strategy could backfire with the Daily Mail reporting that Newcastle and Aston Villa have entered the race for Oxlade-Chamberlain.
Newcastle are currently battling Liverpool for a top four spot and a move to the north-east would be controversial.
Eddie Howe wants to strengthen his midfield and feels the Magpies lack strength in depth.
Unai Emery’s Villa are another interested party and would be able to match Oxlade-Chamberlain’s Liverpool salary.
