Ever since Lizzo was spotted hand-in-hand with a mystery man on Valentine’s Day last year, fans have been dying to find out more.
The Truth Hurts singer, 34, confirmed she was officially off the market in April last year, but little was known about her and Myke’s relationship at the time.
Now, in what the star called a ‘hard launch’, Lizzo has shared a load of cute snaps of the pair together – and we’re in love too.
Taking to social media, the self-love Queen joked, ‘Hard Launch????????’, alongside photos of her and Myke on the red carpet at Clive Davis‘ iconic Pre-Grammy Party in Beverly Hills this weekend.
The Juice hitmaker also performed at the event, which saw many megastars including Rita Ora and Cher gather on the red carpet just ahead of the 65th Grammy Awards, which will take place on February 6.
All Lizzo’s celeb pals were loving it too, as Queer Eye’s Jonathan Van Ness commented: ‘I love Lizzo so feckin much my queer bones about to break ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️????????????????????.’
American musician SZA said, ‘A doll and her Ken ????????’, while model Lori Harvey responded: ‘We love a hard launch ????.’
While he’s got nowhere near the fame of his megastar girlfriend, Myke is an actor and comedian, and has appeared in a number of small roles on shows including Breaking & Entering, How to Be A Grown Up, and Doubting Thomas, and in 2019 he starred in the short film Tell Me What You Know About Cyrus.
But most importantly, Myke knew Lizzo before she shot to fame as a global superstar in 2019 off the back of her third album Cuz I Love You.
‘I have the most genuine people around me,’ Lizzo, whose real name is Melissa Jefferson, said on The Breakfast Show last summer.
‘They don’t give a s*** about “Lizzo” with the chain on. They care about “Melissa,” and everyone I’m close with has known me before all of this happened and I think that’s important.’
‘Even the man I’m with, he knew me before all of this too. We were friends. It hit different when they knew you before 2019.’
Lizzo is clearly in it for the long run, as she explained how Myke is the one in December on The Howard Stern Show.
‘This is official,’ she said. ‘There’s nobody else I’m going to be with for the rest of my life.’
I think we’re also a little bit in love now, too?
