Logan Paul Says Floyd Mayweather Still Owes Him Millions for Last Year’s Fight: ‘See You In the Courtroom’

Nearly a year after facing off with Floyd Mayweather in an eight-round exhibition bout, Logan Paul is still waiting to be paid in full for the fight.

TMZ’s New York producer Seleah Simone caught up with the YouTuber-turned-boxer at the opening of New York’s Hard Rock Hotel where he told her Mayweather owes him “a few mil” for last summer’s fight, which sold over one million pay-per-view buys.

“No, he has not paid me in full,” Logan told the outlet. “That is a fact. Short a few mil.”

When Simone asked if he sees any possibility of the two settling their dispute outside of a courtroom, Paul maintained it’s too late for that.

“Nah,” he told her. “We’re taking this one to court. See you in the courtroom. Congrats on going to prison, Floyd.”

Although Paul hasn’t stated exactly how much money he’s owed, he told TMZ last May that he would earn 10 percent of PPV shares, which was roughly calculated to be around $5 million.

Back in February, Paul announced plans to file a lawsuit against Floyd over his failure to pay Logan his full purse.

“It’s honestly bullshit,” Paul told TMZ. “Like, having people who aren’t a professional promotional company control where the money goes, we made that mistake.”

He added, “It’s Floyd Mayweather. Before we fought him, we were kind of willing to do whatever. Now after the fact, we’re kind of shooting ourselves in the foot because he’s a “fucking scumbag.”

Mayweather subsequently responded to Paul’s claim on The Pivot Podcast.

“This comes with the territory,” Mayweather said. “To them, that’s real money, and I like the YouTubers. The money on the back end though, from pay-per-view, that takes a while. Nothing comes right away. I’m still collecting checks from fights seven or eight years ago. They just hate when the table is turned. Be happy with the biggest payday you ever got in your life.”
