Wiz Khalifa was left speechless after seeing Logic’s latest tattoo: the Taylor Gang logo.
Before showing off his new ink, Logic told Wiz that he had a surprise for him. “I was like, ‘I can’t give it to you but it’ll last forever,” he said, to which Khalifa responded, “That’s a fucking riddle right there … That’s like the ultimate love.”
Wiz Khalifa and Logic served as co-headliners on the Vinyl Verse Summer Tour, which kicked off in late July and wrapped up in St. Louis this past Friday. It seems as though the two developed quite a bond while on the road, and Logic wanted to commemorate their relationship with a new piece featuring the emblem of Taylor Gang, the label and entertainment company founded by Wiz.
“For me, this tattoo is bigger than just like, ‘Oh, I like Wiz Khalifa,’” Logic explained. “This is like a thank you, showing reverence, respect and love to the man who changed my perception of what is possible … and he got that big dick.”
Three people sustained minor injuries from a reported crowd disturbance during Wiz Khalifa’s set while at a stop on the Vinyl Verse Summer Tour late last month. Local authorities said venue security “responded quickly” and initiated an emergency protocol that allowed for those attendees to leave on their own.
There was initial speculation of gunshots being fired, but law enforcement officials were unable to confirm at the time.
