Ja Morant is once again in trouble for the same reason as two months ago.
The Memphis Grizzlies suspended their star guard after a since-deleted Instagram Live video surfaced of him appearing to brandish a gun. Morant sat out eight games in March because of social-media footage of him flaunting a gun at a nightclub in Denver.
Following the latest incident, many Twitter users gave Morant an unflattering nickname: Ja Moron.

In March, Morant told reporters he planned to get off social media and become “more responsible.” He briefly sought counseling at a Florida facility to help him cope with and manage stress.
Morant also told ESPN’s Jalen Rose the first video was “not who I am.”
“I take full responsibility for my actions,” Morant told Rose. “I made a bad mistake. I can see the image that I painted over myself with my recent mistakes. But in the future, I’m going to show everybody who Ja really is, what I’m about, and change this narrative that everybody got.”
The Grizzlies indefinitely suspended Morant from all team activities pending league review. An NBA spokesperson said they are looking into the incident.
