Look: Another NBA Game Could Be Postponed Due To Weather Issues

There’s a chance that another NBA game could be postponed due to weather issues.

The Pistons-Wizards game in Detroit for Wednesday night was postponed due to weather-related flight issues. The Pistons are currently still in Dallas after playing the Mavericks on Monday night.

That could now lead to the NBA postponing Thursday’s Pelicans-Mavericks game since there’s uncertainty about whether the Pelicans can fly into Dallas. The Pelicans are currently in Denver right now after they just played the Mavericks.

It would stink if this league had to be postponed because it has playoff implications for both teams.

Right now, the Mavericks are sixth in the Western Conference with a 27-25 record while the Pelicans are 10th at 26-26.

The game is currently scheduled to tip off at 8:30 p.m. ET. We’ll have to see what the league decides to do.
