Westbrook played in 21 games for the Clippers after he was waived by the Utah Jazz when they acquired him from the Los Angeles Lakers.
In those games, he averaged 15.8 points, 7.6 assists, and five rebounds per game. He also shot 49% from the floor, compared to 41.7% with the Lakers.
The Clippers are coming off an opening-round loss against the Phoenix Suns but Westbrook was one of the bright spots for them. In three of the five games, he had 28+ points, five rebounds, and five assists.
If they do sign him, it would likely be at a rate lower than what he made heading into this season ($46.295 million).
