Through two games, the first-round series between the Los Angeles Clippers and Phoenix Suns has been fiercely contested.
There’s no love lost between these two teams, as evidenced by a tense moment between Kawhi Leonard and Chris Paul following the Suns’ Game 2 win on Tuesday.
As both teams were shaking hands after the game, Paul and Leonard walked past each other, with the two bumping shoulders as they did not acknowledge the other’s presence.
“Probably nothing, but interesting moment postgame,” noted one Clippers podcaster.

Gotta be honest here: I love the tension. These are the playoffs and both of these guys are phenomenal players who know what’s at stake.
CP3 is still looking for his first ring, which adds pressure to the situation. Leonard, meanwhile, is trying to carry the load for this Clippers squad, which is without the services of star swingman Paul George due to injury.
Game 3 between the Western Conference’s fourth and fifth seeds is set for 10:30 p.m. ET Thursday night in Los Angeles.
