It may not be long before we hear from recently suspended Grizzlies star Ja Morant.
On Wednesday, ESPN’s Jalen Rose teased a one-on-one interview with the 23-year-old point guard who just left a Florida counseling program following several off-court incidents.
Fans reacted to the upcoming sit-down on Twitter.
“GOT TO GIVE THE PEOPLEEEEEEEE….GIVE THE PEOPLEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE WHAT! THEY! WANTTTTTTTT,” a user replied.
“Redemption story agenda is starting,” a fan said.
“Memes are gonna be lit,” tweeted GoldenKnight.
“What a teaser….”
“This gonna be like Draymond’s sympathy doc on TNT after he coldcocked Poole lmaoooo,” a fan laughed. “Nasty propaganda work.”
“If Ja was gonna sit down with anybody and talk about his situation, Jalen Rose is one of the better ones..” another commented. “Good choice.”
“The script is INSANE.”
“Perfect person to talk to about it,” replied Locked On Grizzlies’ Joe Mullinax.
Morant has been away from the team since March 4.
