LeBron James had no choice but to watch the Los Angeles Lakers face the Golden State Warriors from the sidelines on Sunday as the star forward deals with a foot injury.

The Lakers took care of business, though, with a 113-105 victory over the Warriors, ending their five-game winning streak.

James took to Twitter shortly after the victory.

“YESSIR #Lakeshow !!!!! W”

The Lakers improved to 31-34 on the season following the win. They continue to close in on the New Orleans Pelicans for the final spot in the play-in tournament.

If All-Star Anthony Davis plays like the superstar the Lakers need him to be in James’ absence, the Lakers could make a late push for a playoff spot.

Davis had a great game against the Warriors on Sunday, with 39 points, eight rebounds, and six assists. He also finished the game as a plus 17.

Lakers fans have every right to feel encouraged right now.
