Stop us if you’ve heard this before: LeBron James made NBA history last night.
With the Lakers’ series-clinching win over the Warriors officially in the books, James has won more playoff series (41) than anyone else.
James was tied with Derek Fisher for the top spot on this list coming into the Western Conference semifinals. He decided to claim sole possession of this historic stat by dropping 30 points in Game 6.
Of course, James isn’t done adding to his historic total. His sights are set on defeating the Nuggets in the Western Conference finals.

James hasn’t been to the NBA Finals since the 2019-20 season. He’d love nothing more than to get back to the promised land in his 20th season.
The Lakers will be back in action Tuesday night for Game 1 of their series with the Nuggets.
Does James have enough gas in the tank to lead the Lakers to their 18th title? We’ll find out soon enough.
