During this Tuesday’s edition of “NBA Today” on ESPN, Richard Jefferson tried to take a shot at his colleague Kendrick Perkins. It ultimately backfired.
It all started when Jefferson said, “Do you think there is a better chance of LeBron [James] retiring or Perk going on a diet?”
This led to Malika Andrews roasting Jefferson for his own appearance.
“It’s right up there with you growing a full head of hair,” Andrews told Jefferson.
Jefferson couldn’t even respond to that comment. He just sat there in disbelief.

Andrews and Perkins were laughing nonstop during this segment on “NBA Today,” and understandably so.
The fact that Jefferson shared this hilarious moment on Twitter is a strong sign that he’s more than OK with them cracking jokes like this from time to time.
“NBA Today” will return this Wednesday afternoon on ESPN. We’ll see if Jefferson refrains from taking shots at Andrews and Perkins.
