Basketball fans have often complained about the NBA’s leniency on traveling violations. But not even LeBron James could get away with this blatant infraction
The Los Angeles Lakers superstar took about five steps during Wednesday night’s game against the Chicago Bulls. Broadcaster Stacey King couldn’t believe what he saw.
“Hey buddy, did you bring a passport with you? Oh my goodness,” King said, via NBA on ESPN.

James is playing his second game since missing a month with a foot injury. The 38-year-old returned to score 19 points off the bench in Sunday’s 118-108 loss to Chicago.
Back in the starting lineup, LeBron has tallied 13 points and five rebounds in the opening half of Wednesday’s rematch. The Lakers lead 59-51 in another pivotal game down the closing stretch of a tight Western Conference playoff race.
