We now know why Andrew Wiggins has been away from the Golden State Warriors for the last month and a half.
Per Shams Charania of The Athletic, Wiggins has been away from the team because his father, Mitchell Wiggins, has been dealing with a serious medical issue.
Wiggins is set to be back with the team on Tuesday when they play against the Oklahoma City Thunder though it’s still unclear if he’ll play.
